ANPR Solution provides versatile, cost effective, automatic number plate recognition system whereby it automatically detects, recognize and verifies license plates of vehicles which can be applied in various application areas and can be easily integrated with various monitoring and survelliance systems.
The software tool provides high speed recognition together with an enourmous reliabilty which is resistant over various lightning condition making the tool versatile to recognize number.
Computer Aided Dispatch 100 (CAD 100) system consists of several modules that serve at multiple levels to distress call response system in the field of public safety. These services include call taking, call dispatching, call status maintenance, event notes, field unit status and tracking as well disposition. It is more useful for real-time call updates, unit responses, and automatic alerts to call taker/dispatcher.
Automatic vehicle location (AVL or ~locating; telelocating in EU) is a means for automatically determining and transmitting the geographic location of a vehicle. This data, from one or more vehicles, may then be collected by a vehicle tracking system for a picture of vehicle travel.
9-1-1 dispatchers use Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) to record a log of police, fire, and EMS services. It can either be used to send messages to the dispatcher via a mobile data terminal (MDT) and/or used to store and retrieve data (i.e. radio logs, field interviews, client information, schedules, etc.). A dispatcher may announce the call details to field units over a two-way radio. Some systems communicate using a two-way radio system's selective calling features. CAD systems may send text messages with call-for-service details to alphanumeric pagers or wireless telephony text services like SMS. The central idea is that persons in a dispatch center are able to easily view and understand the status of all units being dispatched. CAD provides displays and tools so that the dispatcher has an opportunity to handle calls-for-service as efficiently as possible.
A geographic information system (GIS) is a computer system designed to capture, store, manipulate, analyze, manage, and present all types of geographical data. GIS can be thought of as a system that provides spatial data entry, management, retrieval, analysis, and visualization functions.
CITIZEN-CENTRIC-SYSTEM: A NECESSARY PRINCIPLE FOR ACHIEVING GENUINE OPEN GOVERNMENT
We, Integrated Public Safety Systems is in the field of high end Public Safety solution having various safe city products designed and developed in India.ANPR – Next Gen - Automatic Number Plate Recognition detects and recognizes number plate at exit-entry points of city.Computer Aided Dispatch - Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) is a module for call taker and call dispatcher to create incident reports and fill related details as per conversation with distress caller. The CAD System provides real‐time data acquisition and control through user friendly graphics display with an easy to use operator interface system. Call taker collects information related to incident from the distress caller and creates an incident report, whereas the call dispatcher locates the nearest vehicle on the GIS map and communicates with PCR or patrolling vehicle and assigns police vehicle to the incident location. Incident Management System – Tool to communicate & share details with field resources.
